Music stops and starts streaming 24 bit music

Whether using Tidal or Qobuz my music stop and starts running 24 bit music. I am using a Mac Pro with 8 GB ram and connecting to an Ayon S-3 device. I’m wondering if I have enough ram. I am using CleanmyMax X to keep the system clean. I have Verizon fios at I gigabyte speed internet. It just can’t to download fast enough. This is very frustrating and I have had this problem for a couple of years.
