If there is a plan to integrate or collaborate with Naim devices!? I am using Naim for music, and I can’t wait for this.
If, when and how is not known (yet). But there has been contact. So I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
It works right now with Naim devices.
It works fine with Naim indeed. I use Audirvāna over UPnP with my ND5 XS 2 and I prefer it over using the Naim app.
But I feel OP is suggesting the Plays with Certification or maybe even including the Linux Core Player in the Naim firmware.
And I know that there has been contact between Audirvāna and Naim in the past about the possibilities. But obviously that’s as far as it goes. I don’t think it’s fair to expect more info on the subject from either party until it has been realized.
I am using Naim core and Mu-so speakers, I am not sure why it’s doesn’t work quite well?!
I hope less configuration is required when they both collaborate and integrate.

It works flawlessly with my Naim Unity Atom HE , what more do you want other than a bit of paper saying so >
Well, maybe the MuSo has UPnP issues with Audirvāna.

According to Chat GPT (which by no means is the truth) there can be issues with the MuSo when connecting with UPnP, especially with higher resolution. I think it’s most likely that the first generation in that case is the one that suffers most.
But that’s only guessing from my side. The best option is to post your debug info here, so forum members and Audirvāna support could look into that.

Yes you need to be careful of any AI tool. As they are trained on publicly available documents which includes forum posts and other general internet babble they often generate total rubbish. “Garbage in garbage out” or as the proponents of AI will call it “hallucinations”
Found this to my cost when researching data on some Devialet equipment.

It’s something I aim for 2025, but it can be hard to find time on their side to do the certification of their devices. I’m in contact with the head of software and will contact him again in the coming days to know how things are going.
