Need to have licenses reset... did not uninstall on prior computer

This may be a duplicate post since my first was placed as a reply to another similar issue. I did not uninstall Audirvana before my prior computer died so I need to have my licenses reset so that I can do an install on a new Mac computer.

The order number was: 60730453.

I have removed all your computers from the license database.
You can now activate up to two Mac computers.

To install Audirvana on your Mac, you can proceed as follows:

  1. install trial version : https://audirvana.com/try-mac/
  2. unlock it by loading your license key

Hello -

I just purchased a cross license and I am unable to activate Audirvana on Windows 10
My Mac one is working. I should have 2 Licenses.

Can you removed all my computers so I can add just the computers I currently have?

Similar problem Damien, except I DID uninstall from previous computer. I also just purchased an upgrade and cannot install on my new computer.
