I just found version 3.15.38 on my windows 10 is not working. It sees my speakers on the network, but the player is just not playing. When this happens, the only way out is to kill the app. Local DAC playing still works. Are you having issues with this version? Please let me know.

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info
Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message.

I just want to add one more issue to this windows version. Either Android or iOS Remote App is not able to find Audirvana on the PC. The PC is connected to wired network. All devices should be on the same network. I have also restarted the entire network and reinstalled the Remote App. However, the Mac version all worked just fine, no issues.

Can you check the firewall settings: In Settings > Update and Security > Windows Security > Firewall and Network Protection > Allow an application via a firewall, make sure that the file audirvanaplus.exe is allowed to access the network.
That was exactly the problem. For some reason, version 3.15.38 was not checked to allow access through firewall. It could be that I missed the step to allow access when it prompts right after installing the update. Everything is back to work now. Thanks!
