Hello - I have a sonic transporter running V 2.9. I’ve installed Audirvana Studio through the software manager. I also downloaded the app to my iphone but don’t know what I have to do next since it’s not connecting.

what do you means when you say ‘it is not connecting’ ? The app doesn’t connect to the Sonic Transporter? Or where are you stuck? A screenshot would help.
Did you go to ‘select a computer’, select the computername the Remote App found, and get a log-in screen for your Audirvana user credentials? Or do you get an error before you see a log-in screen?
The app doesn’t give me the chance to “select a computer” as it immediately goes to the next screen, the one that says Computer Connection at the top and then has the No Connection notice. There’s also “Available Computers” which has nothing listed under
There you have your problem. It seems the Bonjour service needed for the app is not running. Ask the manufacturer of the Sonic Transporter for a solution, since I figure it is on their side.
