New version 1.6.1 same problems
At fresh start of AS for Mac very few stations show up. After AS idle for 3 hours not playing anything and analyzing files only,
radio stations and podcasts disappear completely
black screen
debug log and screen shot sent to support
There were plenty of radio stations in V1.0. I saw them on a Mac.
How they could disappear in V1.6.1?
I saw them before on version 1.6 and they vanished from there few days ago
I’m now having issues as well with Radio in AS 1.6.1 on my MacBook Air. I haven’t tested Windows yet, as AS here generally doesn’t play as much.
My Mac is running 24/7 and AS does as well. I’m using the Remote to control AS. I’ve noticed a few times that radio stations won’t play. No bitrate selections when selecting a station and it won’t play.
First time it happened I’ve ended up restarting my phone, and it worked again. But this morning the same thing happened again. Restarted the phone, no luck. So I went to the Mac and AS showed up with empty radio stations. I’ve had to restart AS to get them working again.
I’m not listening to Podcasts, so I have no idea if that suffers from the same issues as some other users reported.
I have no issues when it comes to listening to my local files or streaming from either Tidal or Qobuz.

Excactly the same with me. As you say a restart appears to solve the problem, albeit temporarily, as the problem resurfaces later.
Not ideal having to restart AS every so often when running on a headless system

AS has been streaming Freez FM (Dutch Internet radio site) for several hours today. Then all of the sudden it started to hiccup and stop the music.
AS is still running but radio streams no longer work. After restarting AS radio plays again.

Both issue with radio/podcast not displayed and the fact they disappear are linked in a way and we are looking into it to fix it in a future update of Studio.
However it will take time and we will need to make some test to make sure it is fixed. We will check with the information we get from Airable to understand why it’s happening.

Thank you for this info.
It is very important because at least right now I know what is going on.
Airable is connecting this stations for AS and they screwing up something.
Now we know the rest of the story.
Will be checking from time to time if radios are back.
This sounds like a great feature to me. I have no interest in Podcasts or Radio. How can I hide these?
