I can play all my local music and am connected to Qobuz, I even disconnected and reconnected in case I had not updated my password in Studio for Qobuz, but I see no streaming titles as I normally do. Under My Music is nothing, there is no category for Streaming, So in addition to My Music, I see Radios, Podcasts, and Local?
Same problem for me…
Should be there. Tidal and Qobuz are placed between Podcasts and Local.
Have you tried reconnecting after a restart from AS?
Yes and Yes it’s been there until today. Closed and restarted Studio, completely restarted Mac Mini M1 running macOS 12.2. Gone…
It’s a Qobuz issue, If you go to their app, you will see a error 500.
I saw that error today when I listened my weekly q playlist. Sometimes that error appeared and the songs played without displaying duration and seek bar. Strange. But with AS don’t work at all today.
Because until Qobuz have not fixed it, part of Audirvāna Studio will not work properly if you have a Qobuz account connected. This is why we don’t display it at all. I will contact them about it.
Thank you. Probabily another problem with their API or something like last week. Hope to be fixed by them. Qobuz was stable in the past. And is the best streaming service available with AS imo.
I just updated to macOS 12.2 from 12.1 this is since/after the OS update.
I just posted the same problem. I use Windows. Funny enough it works on my old Version of Audirvana .
And Qobuz is back Please reopen Audirvāna Studio and you should see Qobuz again.
Hello again,
My Qobuz Menue is missing out of a sudden on the left sidebar.
I am still connected to Qobuz and it works in the old Version. Also under my Albums all my Qobuz favorites are gone. I have restarted my PC but no succes.
Yes it is
I don’t think that’s the issue. My MacBook Air has been running macOS 12.2 since yesterday and Qobuz has been showing up here all day with AS. Same with my Windows 11 laptop.
Maybe it’s geolocation/accounts related. For me is not working but I’m sure will be.
Maybe it’s not 100% fixed but I found a solution: Google DNS (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4). With my local DNS and others AS do not want to connect to Qobuz. At least today. So this is my solution: Google DNS.
Hello,
Are you working on Qobuz again, because it disapeared again from the sidebar ?
Qobuz works here.
Thanks for info but this does not help too much. Because it is a problem, as I understood from Qobuz. I didn’t check today but yesterday I had the same problem. So I tried again and works. It is from Qobuz - Qobuz has many servers and mirrors, At least in East Europe some problems with the Qobuz servers were.
I have a suggestion to Audirvana: will be good to display an information message or window displaying what is happen, to not wait and wait and wait.
Something like:
06/02/22 13:33:34 - Trying to connect to Qobuz
06/02/22 13:34:15 - SUCCESS or FAILED
