Not able to request trial licence

Hi!

When I run the A+ beta I get prompted for a licence, so I request one. But the application crashes. Errors from the application event log are below.

I downloaded and installed the Windows version, but were unable to get a trial license. The machine which was installed on never had Audirvana installed. 2 days before this installation, I downloaded and installed the Mac version for the first time and it the trial license was fine. Are these 2 trial licenses related? If so, how do I obtain a Windows trial license. I think I will eventually install the program on my Windows machine.

I additional, the Windows installer did not work properly when trying to install Visual C++. I had to manually install VC++ before installing A+.

Can you update to the upcoming Audirvana 3.5 beta (currently 3.4.914) by getting it from:

I updated to 3.4.914 yesterday and it played great. But today the trial license expired. " There is no valid license to continue execution of Audirvana."

How long dose the trial license of the beta version last?
