Not All Tracks/Albums Showing

Using Studio version on Synology DS920+ (8G RAM) with iPad and Android Remote App:

  1. Not all tracks / albums are showing
  2. Not all Album cover updates showing

Other applications show these tracks / albums.

Checked similar topics - tracks / Albums are not duplicates.

regarding covers, do you mean you changed the cover of an album but the change is not showing up in the Remote?

Can you post an example with screenshots of a track or album you have in your Synology that doesn’t show up in the Remote?

I have sent screenshots and debug files over the last three weeks via email to support. For the last week support is no longer responding to my emails. @Support - Is there any solution to the various issues I raised with the Remote App?
