Juste pour vous remettre en situation, j’avais des problèmes de piste qui étaient skippé ou de freeze qui m’obligeait a clicker sur le cadenas afin de pouvoir continuer
(généralement lors d’un changement de type de piste).
Vous m’aviez accorder un nouvel essai de 4 ou 5 jours le 21 Nov.
Beaucoup de mise-a jour ont étés faite depuis ce temps.
Serait-il possible d’avoir un nouvel essai de seulement 2 ou 3 jour pour voir si mon problème de coupure est résolu ?

Je sais que vous ete très très occuppé mais je voudrais juste savoir si vous avez pu travaillé un peu sur les problème en UPNP d’arret ou de sautage de piste.

Nous avons en effet été très occupé ces dernières semaines pour la mise à jour 1.11 de Audirvāna Studio. Nous n’avons cependant fait aucune modification sur l’UPnP. Avez-vous contacté le fabriquant de votre DAC sur ce sujet de saut de pistes pour savoir si ils ont eu d’autres personnes avec le même problème et si ils arrivent à le reproduire de leur côté?
Merci de votre réponse, c’est juste que je n’ai jamais eu ce genre de problème avec d’autre logiciel utilisant le UPnP. Je vais quand même essayer de contacté Denon.
D’après ce forum, il semble aussi que beaucoup de personne utilisant le UPnP ont des problème de saut de piste ou d’arret. Je n’ose imaginer que toute ces compagnie ont des problèmes d’implémentation de leur UPnP.
Je reste a l’affut de future changement car le son ést tellement bon.

Hello @Jacques , Would you be able to post your debug information here, perhaps the user group will be able to help. What do you mean by change of track type specifically? Have you tried toggling the RAW switch in settings.
I have Denon AVR 4500 that works quite well with Studio ( even gapless is supported properly )

What I mean by changing the track type is:
From 16/44khz to 24/44khz
From Flac MQA 24/44khz to Flac 16/44khz
Same from MP4 to M4A
etc.
Sometimes the music track is skipped when the track type changes and sometimes the track stops to play.
If the music stops, I have to click the padlock icon to continue.
Once this track is skipped, if I click on the same track with the mouse, the track plays normally.
Also click with the mouse on different types of tracks and the problem occurs.
So MQA to non MQA only issue I had was volume jumped up- down. Is your MQA tidal stream or local? Sorry if I missed how you get MQA. If tidal does HEOS stream tidal properly? You have checked for a Denon firmware update recently?
You should send @Antoine a email at [email protected] Possibly you can get an extension while you get it sorted. You a 3.5 customer?
I only stream with Tidal
I have the HiFi quality, not the Master with Tidal
My Denon firmware is up to date.
Never had any problem when streaming Tidal with Heos, always work like a charm .
I’m not a 3.5 customer
Stick to HEOS since it works for you. There is no easy solution for this.
Jacques you might want to go with @bitracer advice at this point in time. Perhaps check with Antoine in a few months and try again.

I monitor this forum all days. I will wait for an update of the UPnP before ask a new trial.
