Yes… I know Bulk PET protocol requires a proprietary USB driver… Thanks for clearing up your statement… As far as I know personally, at this point it is only relevant to TEAC device owners. It is quite an an advancement for the transmission of digital-audio signals via USB.

Just for info, been having issues of random stopping of playback with macOS Sequoia since Sequoia Beta 8 and the RC. Issues were associated with the network subsystem and problems with 3rd party security suites. Appears some late changes to the Sequoia networking subsystem has led to issues for quite a few people. For me, submitted a bug report as I logged a network error in Beta 8 that was causing AS to terminate playback, to be fair it is very infrequent. Seems they did not fix it even though …

Also, my personal feeling is that macOS Sequoia requires more System RAM than previous versions and will present operational anomalies in systems with 8GB of RAM that are allocating playback pre-load memory nearing 50% of the available System RAM.
