Playback stops 3 seconds before end of track

Hi al,
I’ve just upgraded my setup with a SoTM SMS-200 Neo network bridge. Since installing, playback regularly stops 3 seconds before the end of the track. Quite annoying. Stoping and starting again let’s tracks play again, sometimes the same tracks until the end. So I’m a bit baffled. Can anyone see what’s wrong?

The question to me is: why? Never had this problem with upsampling before I used a network bridge. I do want to be able to use upsampling. Any advice would me appreciated

Sorry, didn’t pay attention to the debug info. Maybe it’s just anomaly now. Try to use it for a while to see if this happens repeatedly.

It keeps hapenning, I’ve been experimenting with different settings to see what works. Nothing does so far.

Does the moderator have anything to advice?

In another thread, somebody reported that by enabling gapless playback on the streamer resolved similar issue.

That would be excellent! I’m searching tho forum and internet on how to enable gapless, haven’t found in out yet. If you happen to know I’d be delighted, but I know what to look for now. Thanks!

I’ve changed the Lan cable to an Audioquest Cinnamon one, and so far the problem hasn’t come back. I’m still weary, but maybe that was it

I guess, I found out what the problem was with the hiccups and the titles not playing to the end - and Audirvana isn’t to blame for it! So, I apologize for any possible misbehaviours.
