Apple Music has imported my playlists from ITunes music. No problem there. But Audirvāna 3.5 (latest) will not import the playlists. It is greyed out.
I have 1090 discs in my external drive. They are all aiff files and library on Audirvāna is showing them. But the playlists will not import.
Can anyone help please?

Have you tried to remove the iTunes/Music synchronization and so the sync again?
Yes. I have removed iTunes/music synchronisation. But no change. After resynching the complete library is showing with artworks. But no proper playlists. It shows couple of basic headlines of my playlists like “Classical “ and “Popular music” with nothing under them. No discs , no sub listings , nothing.
Just found out that Audirvāna remote is not connecting to the computer either.
I am about to give up on Audirvāna altogether and stick to Apple Music player for my music access in spite of its lower quality.
Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account
Please remove the line corresponding to your logged-in account to avoid displaying your email address and first name/last name publicly.

To day , I don’t know how, but I managed to activate Audirvāna remote on my iPad. All my playlists are accessible through my iPad Audirvāna remote. But on my Mac mini screen (my TV) there is no access to my playlist.

to be sure we are on the same page, you can’t see your iTunes playlist like this?
Correct!
I can’t see them like that.
There is a “playlist+“ sign . But under it there are no playlists there are lines like :
classic music
Popular music
With nothing in them.
Normally on Apple Music and on my iPad I get many sub playlists like:
Classic music/Baroque/Bach/violin concertos/I Musici 4 seasons
Etc

This is how it is in Apple Music and how it should be. and was in my previous Mac mini

In Classical, have you clicked on the little arrow next to it?
Yes. Nothing happens. No movement! Same with Popular.
Can you check if the albums you have in your Classical Music playlist are accessible in Audirvāna?
There is nothing there to play
Classical play list is empty. It doesn’t show anything.
But on the library panel I can click on any album and it will play. Including classical music.
But the classical music and popular music play lists are empty. You can see in the first screenshot there are no titles or albums showing under classical music.
