Presto login does not work in 2.10.0

I tried to log in to my Presto account, and it does not work, unfortunately.
I restarted the Studio, checked if I am logged in to Presto. Restarted my browser, logged in, then out again. Nothing helped. The Presto app and the web playback runs just fine.
Any suggestion?

I am on a macOS 15.4 Beta, and on an M3 MacBook Air.

Confirmed - does not work on MacBook Air M3

No disregard to @ferenc and @lwojtulewicz , it’s annoying that it doesn’t work well with Apple yet, but just for @Antoine :
Presto is working fine with Linux Core Player and the Android Remote app. No issues logging in, playing music as it should.

Edit: Downloading the new app version is mandatory for the best experience with regard to the catalogue in the remote app.

Hi guys, do you still get this issue?

Yes, the same, just tried a minute ago.

Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a ‘Start Log Session’ button; click on it and reproduce your issue. After you reproduce it, click 'Stop Log Session’ and post the audirvana_studio.log file you can find by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button.

This is the only Presto related line:

It’s seems to be related to the name linked to account that is not retrieved properly by us. We will do an update of Audirvāna Studio to fix this.

Sounds good.
Thanks a lot.

For those having the issue, can you try this version of the software?

macOS

Did not help in my case. Unfortunately. resulted the same error.

The App Store description of the Remote update claims Presto is now integrated. Doesn’t specify any particular version of Audirvana required. I can connect to Qobuz through Audirvana; HighResAudio and Tidal are also available, but Presto is not an option.
Mac OS 11.7.1 on Intel iMac. Newest version of Audirvana that supports playing groupings (like a classical symphony).

The remote is nothing more than the Audirvāna version with which it connects. When that version is lower than 2.10.x than there will be no option for Presto. So you have to update Audirvāna Studio first. Whilst we know from this thread that Audirvāna are working on improving the login for Presto I’d recommend you wait for 2.10.1… although there is no harm to try 2.10.0.
When you have succes with logging in the problem doesn’t affect you.

It’s true, and we should have, but if you open the app and don’t see Presto, you will probably check the forum or the app’s update (which people tend to do).

Thanks, it works properly now, with the latest download.
