Pro-Ject Streambox Ultra S2 w/Audirvana and WIFI?

I just got a Streambox as a gift and I can only get Audirvana to see it when the Streambox is hook to the internet via ethernet. When I switch to wifi, the Streambox option disappears from the menu. The Streambox APP works fine with Wifi so I know it’s hooked up.

Any suggestions?

Have you restarted Audirvāna Studio when you switched your Streambox to wifi?

Yes, restarted both the program and then restarted the whole computer and relaunched the program. It never sees it over wifi. If I enter the IP address into a browser, I’m able to pull up the Pro-Ject interface fine so I know it’s on the network properly.

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

Problem solved!

I switched off Roon Ready and restarted the StreamBox and it’s there!
