If Audirvana works, never update to new version when it prompts you. After weeks of trouble with sync and many other things, I finally got it to stage when it kinda settled down. This morning it prompted for update and foolishly I said yes (2.6.1) First thing after restart - radio login service error, something I never seen before
Radios Link: Login error for ?appversion=2.6.1%20%2820601%29&locale=en :
{“id”:[“airable”,“error”,“system”],“message”:“Too many requests.”}
Amount of bugs in this software is amazing. Just last week it decided out of blue to drop several albums from local library; looking at log many “foreign key constraint failed”. I wonder if concept of QA is unknown to them. I doubt I will extend my subscription after it expires because this is simply too much.
If you encounter this error, this is probably due to our radio provider server, if you have this error each time you open Audirvāna Studio, then I will investigate this. Note that if it was the case, I would be flooded by request from customers, which is not the case.
The error "foreign key constraint failed” means you have an issue with your database file, it has nothing to do with the way we do our QA.
Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account
Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message.
