[SOLVED] - Removing licenses on a computer I no longer have?

I have Audirvana 3.x installed on one Mac, and apparently I left my second installation on a Mac I no longer own (though I wiped its hard drive, I forgot to deauthorize A+ before I did so). I just got a new computer and would like to free up that installation. Is there a way I can deauthorize all Audirvana licenses so I can install it on my new Mac?

Same problem here. Wrote to Audirvana about 2 weeks ago - never got any reply!

Still waiting to hear back … can someone from Audirvana please help?

Same here. My old MacBook is broken due to water damage (…), so I am not able to change the configurations for my license.

I am now trying audirvana on my new MacBook but it doesn’t accept the license key.
Please help!

No feedback from Audirvana. What´s on with this company?

@stefan - I have removed all your computers from the license database.
You can now activate up to two Mac computers you want with your license key.

To install Audirvana on your Mac, you can proceed as follows

  1. install trial version
  2. unlock it by loading your same license key

@Damien2, please reset my licenses as well. Can this just be added as a feature in a future release? (iTunes has a similar remote deauthorize feature and has for years)

@hirkEukvic - I have removed all your computers from the license database.

To install Audirvana on your second Mac, you can proceed as for the first one:

  1. install trial version
  2. unlock it by loading your same license key

FYI, in order to deauthorize a computer, you need to go to General Settings. In the General section, you will find “License” and then the option “Revoke”. When you click on the “revoke button”, you will then de-authorize the computer.

Thanks Damien - works now as it should!

Can you help me to?
Willem van Veldhoven

@Willem_Van_Veldhoven - Audirvana 3.2 is currently registered on one Mac.
Audirvana 3.2 for Mac has been replaced by Audirvana 3.5 for Mac.
You can get the new Audirvana 3.5 that brings the strongly improved user interface, and further improved Sound Quality.

To get your free upgrade, you need to enter your license key on https://audirvana.com/offers/ (V3 => V3.5)

If you need your license key, I could send it to you by PM.

Merci de supprimer aussi ma licence j’ai oublié de le faire lors de la désinstallation.

Merci.

J’ai reussi merci !!!

Hi, I’ve changed my computer and restored it from a Time Machine backup.
But when I try to launch Audirvana with my upgraded 3.2 to 3.5 licence, it asks me to deauthorize my computer because of too much activation.
Try the trial trick but deauthorize this computer is greyed out.
Can you help me?

Kind regards.

Thanks Damien for your action : it had worked.
It seems that you have hard work at resetting licences these days. Anyway, thanks again.

Hi,

I have recently been having some problems with my old Mac and had my version of Audirvana installed on there.

However I was not able to uninstall before I had to wipe it/rebuild etc…

I am now trying to install on a new machine and have been informed I’m running Audirvana on other machines so I’m unable to install.

Please could my license be reset for any machines and I can start fresh.

Best regards and thanks,

Anthony
