Request to the endpoint timed out

I have downloaded and installed the Origin Trial. Works fine on my Mac mini M2 but cannot launch Origin in Windows 11. I click to open the program, am asked to login, “LOG IN SUCCESSFUL, You can now safely close this browser tab”. I see the program runs in Task manager but does not launch. After a few minutes I get the message “request to the endpoint timed out”.
Can anyone help me? Greatly appreciated!

Can you send us your audirvana_origin.log file at support@audirvana.com?

It can be in two different locations :
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
