Skipping songs in tidal

My tidal kept skipping songs while playing. For eg. When I play Adele 30 track 3. It skips / stops during playback at random point (?min?seconds)and may skip to a random track in the same album or just a random track of the same artist. Issue started around 1 or 2 months ago. Please address what needs to be done when I m streaming. Such case doesn’t happen for local files playback.

You can try lowering your playback pre-load memory to 4GB… You are using about 80% of your System RAM for playback pre-load buffering…
The other influencing factor is your network connection… are you using Wi-Fi or Ethernet in your internet connection?

Also, why are you forcing all sample-rates to 44.1kHz using custom settings in r8Brain? The Schiit DAC supports sample-rates up to 32/192kHz… I suggest that you use ‘Power of Two’ which will properly play all sample-rates… r8Brain will upsample 44.1kHz and 88,2kHz files to 176.4kHz and 48,kHz and 96kHz files to 192kHz and decimate/truncate 352.8kHz files to 176.4kHz or to the maximum sample-rate 192kHz… If you just disable upsampling, Audirvana will play all files below 192kHz in their native bit depth and sample-rate and truncate all files above 192kHz to 176.4kHz or 192kHz, when the DAC maximum sample-rate is set to 192kHz.
