[Solved with the 1.10.2] Unable to check license

AS has started throwing me out (few times a day) saying it can’t verify my account. I have to log back in to open again. Any ideas how to stop it?

thats happening to me too, says it cant connect to the internet.

There are already 2 threads on this forum about this. It is happening to a lot of people since update 1.10. We don’t know how to solve this. It is most certainly a new introduced bug. We’ll have to wait on a reaction of Audirvana support (@Antoine )

If you are on a Mac, you can revert back with. The instructions are in this thread:

I am not sure where to get the file for Windows, nor do I know how to go about reverting in Windows.

Every 4 or 5 songs, Studio quits and I get the error message, Unable to check liscense. I click ok, it shuts down and I then have to log in after the above error each time.

@Harvison there is a thread on this, hopefully not your only computer. Quite a few of us are getting the same results.

Confirmed, just happened to me on 1.10.1.

This needs to be fixed immediately.

I missed it. Didn’t mean to double up.

It’s no problem, just read what’s going on, if you have a second computer don’t update it. Your not alone apparently :wink:

I did see the pro Q sound problems with the latest release, but miss the issue that I’m having.

License checking bug cannot be cured by old answer…
When you open Studio, don’t play anything, go to preferences panel ā€˜My Account’ settings tab
and disconnect there, then reconnect and see?

I did the disconnect trick after I unchecked the box thing……no joy

still on, music playing

did you guys just tried again? might just be a server full…
can’t respond to all the demand of people login? so many Studio people?

You are right @OffRode, the disconnect in app and reconnect did not work.
