Sonore as Linux CorePlayer

SONORE is on the “Audirvana coreplayer” partner list (https://audirvana.com/partners/)

So I wrote to them asking for details. From the response it seems they don’t know about it…
We are DLNA thus with our partner company SGC they have the core on the server thus we play as a DLNA player to the SGC core Audirvana.

Does this mean, that on SONORE Linux Core have to be installed by myself?

It means that yes, Audirvana Core is one of the items of software users can install on the servers Small Green Computer (SGC) makes for Sonore.

So that “coreplayer” badge means that Audorvana Linux coreplayer can be installed on this hardware, not that it is factory-installed there - is that right?

Yes, you must go into your device settings to install it.
