Studio and Tidal on High Sierra

Studio on MacOS 10.13.6. High Sierra
TIDAL Explore page is empty
TIDAL playlist page - only Trending is displayed, others are empty
Tidal Genres - empty

End of September - works fine on Sierra

Is this the same? Audirvana also on high sierra.

Totally the same Jacob.

Guido.

Yes - the problem is still persist

Does it only happen to Mac High Sierra users?

Nope, have it on Mojave as well.

Since on Mojave it also does not work, that means that actually Studio does not work on Mac … So I think the probationary period should be extended.

And this is not an attempt to extort anything, but an honest approach.

Version 1.4.5 improves the situation a lot.

Have a try.

Guido.

Thanks for this. I have the same problems as listed above on Mojave. I just checked my version of AS and it is still 1.4.0. Interestingly, I have the option for automatic updates checked in my preferences, so this might be yet another bug or incomplete feature. I’ll update and see if there is any improvement. So far, this trial has proven to be a disappointment.

Just updated to AS 1.4.5. Problems in displaying pages in both Tidal and Qobuz still persist.

Example: Playlists in both Tidal and Qobuz only partially display. Same with Favorites in Qobuz and My Music in Tidal.

My trial will soon end and, so far, the verdict is not good on my end.

But I can not - the test period is over …
And I can not check whether to buy a subscription or not.
