App is crashing everytime I try to launch a Qobuz file, either remotely or from the desktop.

The issue seems to only affect users with MacOS 10.13 to 12

Hi Guys, I only have 2 days off work and im looking to fit this problem asap please. I just downloaded the latest version Audirvana Studio 2.11.1 and the software is crashing the moment i select a file to load through Tidal streaming. I haven’t changed anything else whatsoever and the previous 2.11.0 worked absolutely fine.
i followed the ‘start log session’ and it logged the following error

Hi, I’m using Windows, and ever since the latest update, I’ve been experiencing an issue with Audirvana. The first song I try to play on Qobuz takes a long time to start, and eventually, I get a “Not Responding” message with the option to wait or close the app. Sometimes, instead of playing the selected song, it switches to a different one. This only happens with the very first song I play. After that, everything works normally. But if I close and reopen the app, the issue comes back with the first song in exclusive mode. This behavior only started after the latest update.
Okay, and I don’t know how this bug works, but I can make ASIO work in 16bit on Windows (instead of 32)… The dac goes to 16bit after the “Audirvana not responding” message appears when playing the first song on Qobuz, after that song doesn’t play, when I choose another one it goes to 16bit (before I played a local song). If I unlock the exclusive mode then everything goes back to 32bit in the next songs.

Unfortunately I am running version 2.11.1 and just recently received an update. It is not 2.11.2 . I’m running Audirvana studio on windows 10 and my version is not up to date. I do have the update option ticked to daily. Also just rechecked and it’s showing the 2.11.1 version as the latest.
Just for giggles I thought maybe it was for some unknown reason annoyed with me and so started arguing with me as well.
