System drive or another drive for Playlist?

I am on Windows 11. I use Origin for playing local files on my hard drive (sys drive.) This has worked for me. Program and Playlist on the same hard drive.

I read somewhere in the forum (can’t find it now) that it is best to put the Playlist folder on a different drive than the sys drive for better quality. Is this true? I have changed the Playlist location and have syn the files already and there are no problems. Sound better? Maybe, not sure.

thanks
Eliott

Audirvana doesn’t read your playlists from where they are stored on your hard drive or external…

They are then in software when you import them…

just change one in audirvana and see the one in your harddrive, it won’t be change
