Tonebooster EQ 4 VST3 Plugin Issue

Hi,

I have Audivarna with Toneboosters EQ 4 plugin on two machines - iMac & Windows laptop. It works flawlessly on the iMac but on Windows 10 with the VST3 plugin enabled, the spectrum analyser does not show and the presets button is not there to save filters?

I contacted Toneboosters but they suggested I go the Audivarna route, especially as the presets button is part of Audivarna.

Any ideas?
