Too many licences after computer failure

My Mac Pro finally died. It would not boot, so I could not remove the active licence. Also, I stupidly reset my MacBook Air to factory condition before sale without first removing that licence. I now have a new MacBook Pro and have installed Audirvana 3.5 but of course I cannot register it because I have too many licences. My apologies, can you reset my account?
