Unable to check your licence

Hi. Had the free trial offer from Audirvana for two weeks over Christmas. Deleted all traces of Audirvana from my Win11 laptop and set up everything. Looked a lot more stable than my last trial! I thought I might actually pay for this, yippee!

BUT! When I close it and try to reopen, I get the message that there is no internet connection (there is!) and can’t check my licence. Will this ever work in a nice simple way?

That’s strange. I’ve never ran into this issue. Neither on my Mac or my Windows laptop (first Windows 10, now 11). Did you give Audirvana permission in Windows firewall? You’ll get the question as a popup when you install AS (or an update).

Check your antivirus/security software. Usually is that.

Yes. I allowed it in the firewall and everything works great. Found the remote control. Qobuz and Tidal are wonderful. Then, when I close the program and start it again I get this message. I have to close it and then start again, log in and so on. My settings are still there but I’m logged out.

I’ve shut down my antivirus and firewall but that doesn’t help. Never seen this with any other program!

Have you done the disconnect from the account page then log back in after shutting down ?

Yes, thank you. I’ve just tried that but still have the same problem! I’ve emailed support too. I would love to support Audirvana but I always run into some kind of problem. Thanks again

I was given a free trial by email and downloaded the latest version. Will hold on for a reply. Thanks again
