From what I see, this is not a new topic, but my issue seems to be a new angle on this one. Im getting “Unable to open and audio file for playback” seemingly at random from hi Rez files procured from the various sites. It doesn’t seem to be relative to any one type of file (Flac, Apple Losless etc.) or sample rate. It does seem to be centered around older downloads but can’t say for sure. Tidal works fine, however, I do have to sign on every so often when it drops from the Audirvana UI.
