Unable to Play - Library Tracks

I am having a problem that seems odd. I had my Library connected for many months, but now when opening my music and trying to play I am getting the dreaded “Unable to Play Audio File” message. I can go to my library and pick it and get it playing, but not via the interface via my iPad or on the MacMini where Audirvana resides. Here is my Debug: Audirvana Mac Version 3.5.50 (3580)
macOS 10.14.6 with 12288MB RAM

Hello @jbryngelson,

Does the issue you have is in your local library?

Yes

Can you please try to sync a track with Audirvāna and try to play this track using your built-In output?

How do you do that??

Can I get a phone number to talk with someone? I want to get this working, not by a daily forum banter. This is not productive. Please let me know the best way to resolve quickly.

You first need to go in Audirvāna settings under Library section. Here you will see a + icon, this will bring you a window to select the folder containing the track.

To select your built-in output, you need to click here:

And select your output.

Unfortunately we only provide support through our forum or by mail at support@audirvana.com

Ok, I sent an email and detailed instructions were provided to eliminate my double albums for all my music library. They asked me to delete a file which I did. now when I start, it is stuck on LOADING… Should I let it continue or force closure and restart?

If you see this, you need need to add a fodler to be synced with Audirvāna by going here:

Ok, The Sync folders was empty, so I added the root DIR/Folder of my music library, which contains all my stored music. It is now in the sync process…
