Can not change the volume using the app. My dac is an Auralic Altair. Volume still can be changed in the Auralic app or from the dac itself.

If you are using UPnP protocol for transmission, the Auralic box may not support this function as expected via UPnP… and it appears that USB is the preferred transmission protocol… Below is the Auralic database in the “Plays with Audirvāna” catagory…

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have your Auralic selected? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account.
Note: When you click on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content. Please paste it in response to this email.
