Have tried switching from Public to Private network, adding a special inbound rule in Windows Defender Firewall to all Audirvana full incoming access, but nothing works. Reset all Firewall setting to Default. This just suddenly starting occurring about a week ago. Don’t know what else to try

I don’t know whether this is something you want to do, but I hate software firewalls for just this reason, so I secure my router that’s exposed to the outside world (for instance very long password and only secure ports with encrypted traffic exposed) and turn off the internal software firewall.
If @Jud his suggestion doesn’t appeal to you, then maybe the trick of restarting modem/router could help. I have made that a habit for every two weeks, and since then my troubles are over.
