Windows interface issue

Hi Guys,
I’m having a weird problem with AS, when I try to use the desktop interface on my Windows system to select playlists under my music it takes minutes to pull up the list of my playlists from Qobuz and Tidal. During that time clicking on anything else usually does nothing or the program goes to full screen hiding the taskbar, sometimes the system will give me the program not responding message. and ask if I want to end the program or wait. If I wait patiently it eventually pulls up my playlists. Here’s the weird part, if I use the mobile app on my android phone to control AS response is immediate, there’s no lag at all pulling up playlists and everything works as it should. The other things under “My Music” are also somewhat sluggish when trying to access them with the desktop app, but not near as bad as trying to access my playlists.
Both the Qobuz and Tidal desktop apps work fine and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling AS. I’ve even tried installing an earlier version 1.12.2 but had the same problem so I went back to the current 1.13.1.
This problem started last night right before I went to bed and I’ve only managed to get back to work on it this afternoon. A quick check of the update history doesn’t show Windows doing any updates yesterday. It started this behavior out of the blue, I hadn’t made any changes to hardware or software.
For now using my phone to control AS is sufficient but that isn’t the way I normally use the software. Any help anyone can offer will certainly be appreciated, I’ve got a couple of things to do and I’ll check back in an hour or so. I’m pasting the debug info if You’d like to look it over but I couldn’t find anything that stood out as a cause.

Thanks in advance for any help solving this!

Antoine,
Thank You for the prompt response. I emailed those two files as requested. However, as of this morning the problem had resolved itself and when I got back to it this afternoon it’s still working as expected. I find it highly irritating when problems fix themselves because you never know when they might crop up again.
Since AS is now working as expected with no hanging or extreme wait times you don’t need to invest time on this. I’m certain you have more pressing things to worry about than trying to find a problem that’s no longer there so we can call this one solved. We’ll just chalk it up to Windows being weird, it certainly wouldn’t be the first time. If the problem occurs again I’ll email support directly.

Thank You
