3.5 looses License from time to time

Without doing any special, just using Audirvana, the license get’s lost from time to time (some weeks) and has to be entered again. Why?

Do you have more than one user account on this Mac? And Audirvana is used with them?

Or maybe you have a damaged preferences file?

Maybe because versions 3.2 and 3.5 have been launched simultaneously
Can you then delete your preferences by entering in Terminal application the following two commands:

defaults delete com.audirvana.Audirvana-Plus
defaults delete com.audirvana.Audirvana

Please note you’ll be asked for your license key when you’ll relaunch Audirvana for the first time after this.

I have just one account on the Mac. Yes, I use 3.2 and 3.5 but not simultaneously, just one at a time. (Just one reason for my need for using 3.2 is because search results in 3.5 track view are not sortable) :wink:
Now I did the steps of your proposal and hope that the license will remain.

Unfortunately, after 5 days I must report that it happened again: 3.5 looses license.
Never used 3.2 and 3.5 simultaneously, just one at a time.
