3.5 Update not updating

I’ve been using Audirvana for awhile now, but I can’t update to the new 3.5 version. I’ve downloaded the software, and did everything correctly, but Audirvana says the latest version is 3.2.18. I have a Mac. Can you help?

I’m having the same problem. I purchased 3.5 and got the email with my new key but when I hit the “Download” button it just takes me back to the page to purchase. It’s circular and I can’t actually download the new version,.
