I had to factory reset my iPad 2. Now I cannot re-install A+ remote because it does not exist on the app store anymore—only Audirvana Remote is available, which is not compatible with my iPad 2. I purchased A+ Remote back in the day.
Any ideas on how to remedy this would be much appreciated.

My iPad is on iOS 9.3.5 — the latest for this model.
Never mind — tabbing on the download icon directly in the “purchased” list in the app store instead of the app info panel brought up the “do you want to install an older version” dialog.
We are back in business.
