Hi

My subscription automatically renewed for a month yesterday. I then cancelled the subscription as I didnā€™t want it to renew automatically again while I decided whether to subscribe for a year.

The money has been taken from my card, however if I try to run Audirvana I get a message saying my subscription has expired.

Can this be fixed pease?
