After losing computer, trying to install on new one

I lost my computer to a hack and now have a new Dell with win 11. I have not been able to access my 1 year paid subscription to Audirvana and I have not been able to get any help. cheers, John

just go to the web page of your account, and login with your log/pass
then, disconnect the device there…
then download Audirvana trial to new win11 pc
and enter log/pass same account when prompted and it will work
