Always need to reenter my Licencekey

Changed my mac-min to a newer one and installed this mac with the backup of the old one using migration-assistance tool. Before I did so, I deactivate on the old mac-mini the audirvana.
Now I activate on the new mac-mini audirvana 3.5. This works fine. But unortunately since then I always need to reenter the audirvana licence key once I restart audirvana.
Any idea how to get rid of this?

Hello @Jayla, you may have a damaged preferences file.
To reset it, open the Terminal application, and enter the following two commands:

defaults delete com.audirvana.Audirvana-Plus
defaults delete com.audirvana.Audirvana

Please note you’ll be asked for your license key when you’ll relaunch Audirvana for the first time after this.

first of all thx a lot for your advice.
I tried this but unfortunately both commands come back with the reply:

defaults delete com.audirvana.Audirvana
2019-12-09 18:06:59.450 defaults[13798:4293808]
Domain (com.audirvana.Audirvana) not found.
Defaults have not been changed.

I was searching for this file and could not find it at all.
So ther must be an other issue why ny Audirvana always asked again for the key :frowning:

Which version of MacOS are you running? You maybe have an issue with the update you had. You can remediate it by using the combo update of the version of your MacOS

Now the license key is working. But don’t ask me why. It happens by magic
