Any help would be grateful, please

I am new to all this, and hopefully purchasing a new DAC (TEAC UD 301 Dac) , I have a Dragonfly Red ATM). I purchased Audirvana recently, and have not touched any of the settings, for fear of doing something wrong. Do any of you nice people have any tips to share, to get the best listening experience? I have just the basic settings the App was installed with. I have an Intel NUC with the Df Red feeding one of the analogue inputs on Anthem MRX amp> PS Audio 300 power amp> Amphion 3 LS speakers

Hello @Peter1,

Can you post your Debug info here? This will help us for your settings.

You can find it in Settings> Debug info. Click on the button and all of the content is automatically copied, you just need to paste it here.

Actually you have the proper settings, do you plan to play MQA tracks in Audirvana? If it’s the case then the DragonFly will do the job as it is detected as MQA Renderer by Audirvana.

I do NOT use a phone, its just connected to the PC and amp. A recording engineer has suggested this, as he uses one for his multi channel organ SACD recordings… https://www.teac-audio.eu/en/products/ud-301-117104.html

Nice device. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.

Thanks. I am like everyone in this mad audiophile world, am just after a good sound, and “itching a scratch” in terms of going one better, mainly as I have just changed my speakers, and reckon they deserve the best I can afford. And discussing things online with like minded people helps. I am very pleased with Audirvana , have had minor hiccups with it, but just wanted to check I had all the settings correct, for a smoother experience
