App doesn¨t launch after installation

Windows 10 laptop. After clicking on icon only a brief blue circle and then nothing. Tried twice to uninstall and install again. Are there settings in windows 10 that affect audirvana to consider?

It can be in two different locations :

  1. C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
  2. C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana

Hello. I get a message that I have too many installations. I only have it on two computers, one windows 10 and one MacOs. I changed the ssd on windows 10 comuputer but didn´t uninstall it on my old ssd, but that ssd is in my drawer so it´not used anywhere. Regards, Michael B.

Licence key ends with PX3U2 and is from an email from you on january 31 this year.
