Apple Music library folder files don't appear in Library

From my LogFile created by a Log Session I can see that my Apple Music folder is recognised and listed - but none of the local downloaded files from there appear after the synchronising in my music library - is this a license issue?

Are the files m4p type (instead of m4a) ? If yes that explains the issue as Audirvana cannot read drm protected files (m4p)
