AS Shutting Down

I just reinstalled AS , I have pointed it a my 3Tb MusicLibrary folder.

For the 4th time now I have left it running with nothing else on the PC , only to come back to find that AS has shut down.

I have no clue how far in syncing my drive AS has got .

Any ideas (the PC is Windows 10 Home i7 7700, 256 SSD system, 16Gb RAM and a 4Tb HDD for content

Can you send us your audirvana.log file at support@audirvana.com?

It can be in two different locations :
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana

3 attempts at sending log files by GMail have failed , it seems to not connect

Do you get an error when you sent the file?

Just forwarded the failure message , I sent one of the log files this morning, which seems to have delivered OK

Unfortunately you will have to do this. Do not forget to do a backup of your favorites and playlist using the back up button in the Local settings of Audirvāna.

I deleted Audirvana completely , removed the Users/Audirvana folder and then reinstalled

It is still scanning but everything is looking much better. I will wait until its finished scanning and report back. The drive has 3Tb of music to scan

I didn’t have ay playlists set up so no worries there.
