AS subscription

I am two 3.5 licenses user (1 Mac and 1 crosplatform) but when I tried to buy AS subscription there was no option for actual 3.5 users. So how do I get the promised discount?

I think that you have to be patience for a short while. At the moment you can only use the socalled trial version.

I have the same issue. If I go to subscribe to Studio, I only see the $69.99 price, not the $49.99 price that was promised to owners of 3.5, which I previously purchased.

I already see the promised price discount after login via Firefox, but I don´t try to get it.

I just checked again. It still says $69.99 for me when it’s supposed to be $49.99.

No I don’t think so, if I go to my account settings I see it written I have preferred price, if then I go to the subscription and register my location, I get the correct price already.
Evidence included. This is what should be there. I guess for them to know is that you have to create your account with the same E-mail address that you have used previously to buy the 3.5 license.

I think that’s the case. I’ve received the discount option as well. Decided to go for it.
You need to use the same e-mail address etc as you did with Audirvana 3.5.

At least it worked for me here.

I guess actually there is something wrong - my AS account was created with the same E-mail as 3.5 account, but price is full anyway…

How long does it take for the registration email to come through? I have tried new registration of two email addresses…

my 3.5 account email does not seem to be recognised and I cant reset the pwd on it either

My account email is the same one that I used to buy 3.5, and I still am only getting offered the full price, $69.99.

This is annoying enough that I may stick with 3.5.

I have contacted support, and they either would not answer why I wasn’t getting the discount, or they didn’t understand my English.

I have tried contacting @Antoine and get no response. I am frustrated enough at this point that I don’t think I will be subscribing and will just stick with 3.5.

hola @Jim_F isculpa que te moleste pero uso la version 3.5 que revoque desde macbook pro y la quiero instalar en un mac mini y me indica que “no existe una licencia valida”… que paso? necesito poder instalar mi licencia de audirvana 3.5 en ese mac mini y no me deja. espero me puedas ayudar
