Audio Scan and Info Issue

The info for channel count, sample rate, etc… isn’t appearing for a new album. In addition, when I try to use the Audio Scan, Studio quits. Here is a screenshot.

Studio should get the sample rate and channel count easily with WAV.

If you do know what’s going on, please let us all know. I’m 76 this year and I’ve been trying to “work out what’s going on” and so far I’ve very little idea.

[I believe Marvin Gaye might gave a few clues also.]

The files were inadvertently converted to Wave64 rather than standard WAV.
