Audirvana 3.5 and Kef LSX II

I bought a pair of KEF LSX II speakers and at the beginning everything went fine, could play local or Qobuz stream flawlessly with standard settings.
But suddenly, can’t play anything, everytime I try to send to the KEFs, Audirvana (on Windows 11) freezes and I have to terminate it and restart, but same thing happens everytime.
Any ideas ?

Have the KEF’s been updated with the latest firmware? Power down the KEF’s for a few minutes, reset your network while you power them back up.

Lastest firmware, and after network reset and power off/on of speakers, same thing Audirvana crashed when I tried to send music (strange thing is that I can control volume of the KEFs from Audirvana)

Why is JRiver 32 open or there in the list?
Maybe it is this app that takes control of your audio, then Audirvana crash on open?

Jriver isn’t opened, I don’t use it except for somme blyray playing from time to timle. I did somme tests long ago using it as sort of passthrough (can’t even remember why !), that’s why it’s in the list.
I don’t think it causes the crash, because it was already there at the very beginning when Audirvana was playing fine with the Kefs
