Audirvana 3.5 install problems

I’m inputting my license key, but getting the message “no valid key”. Can I have a complete reset and a new working installation link please?

I bought a license and installed Audirvana 3.5 successfully. Recently I reinstalled Windows 10 (unknowingly, I did not deactivate the Audirvana 3.5 license before) and then, instead of installing Audirvana 3.5, I accidentally signed up for the Audirvana Studio trial period. Now I am having problems installing and activating Audirvana 3.5. Could you please help me to disable Audirvana Studio and activate Audirvana 3.5. Thank you
