Audirvana 3.5 to dac Box

I’m wondering if any of you can help me with a little problem I’ve encountered. My signal path from Audirvana (3.5.46) on iMac, is to a Pro-Ject Dac Box DS2 and to a Pro-Ject Amp Box DS2 and to the speakers.
So I use my iMac with Audirvana to turn up and down the volume.
My problem is then, that the input on the Amp Box is very sensitive, and the output from the iMac too powerful, so I can hardly turn down the volume sufficiently for normal listening.
My question is: can I somehow change the strength of output from Audirvana?

Many thanks Stefano_mbp. That’s probably a good suggestion. I have now decided to first try with a Rothwell in-line attenuator -15db, and see how it works.
