Hello. Why does Audirvana 2.8.10 on PC/Windows not recognizing anymore the iFi Zen stream as it has done before (under iFi Neo but anyway it worked) ?
Mentioning that both devices, PC and Ifi Streamer are conected via ethernet (not directly by usb).

If you try to click on the spinning arrows in the device output list, does the Zen Stream appear?
Dear Antoine, no it’s not appearing. I used to have no problem in the past. The issue is new. I tought there is something in implementation with ifi since last update. Or it could be a local network problem ? Mentioning that Tidal connect over PC works an reconigizes iFi. Therefore deducted that’s an Audirvana issue and not a network one.
Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a ‘Start Log Session’ button; click on it and reproduce your issue. After you reproduce it, click 'Stop Log Session’ and send me the audirvana_studio.log file you can find by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ at support@audirvana.com.
