Audirvana Crashes when to open preference

I’m using Audirvana Plus v3.2.3

Audirvana Shuts down when to open preference.
When I first opened Audirvana, I chose Sync at Impoting directly from Itunes Library, then it crashed.
Then I ignored and went on, Audirvana started but crashes everytime when i try to open preference.

How can i fix this?

I’m using Mac Os 10.11.6.

Also, I’m using Apollo by Universal Audio.

Try deleting your preferences:

Apple hide the Home Folder in User Library at some time depending on OS System…
When you have clicked your Home Folder, and cannot see the Library Folder in there,
just do a ‘‘cmd J’’ to show the folder settings preferences and see at the bottom…
click Show Library Folder and then you’ll have access to the rest forever.

Close Audirvana

Go to User… Home Folder… Library… Preferences…
trash com.audirvana.Audirvana-Plus.plist and com.audirvana.Audirvana.plist
in that folder (those are A+ software preferences, back them up if you want to put those back)

Restart MAC. Restart Audirvana and see.

it could be your database got corrupt when you crash first time…

Close Audirvana.

Go to User… Home Folder… Library… Applications Support… Audirvana Folder…
Trash All the files in that folder (that is your database of music, back it up! or not)

Restart Mac. Restart Audirvana. Might ask again where is your music folder, let it load till finish.

Thanks for replying to my desperate questions and helping to ease my irritation.

I tried all.
But it crashed again after I chose the same folder as Itunes’ music folder.
Then, it crahes everytime soon after every starting.

create a folder of music somewhere else on your mac, then put like 10 Cds in and load that folder instead of your itunes folder to see if it comes from there…
