Audirvana crashing on my laptop

I’ve been using Audirvana 3.5.46 on my laptop (Windows 11). Lately I’ve been receiving errors continuously. Audirvana does not respond and I have to restart again and again. There’s an available update but I see the following error when I try to update: ms-appinstaller protocol has been disabled. Contact the seller to update the web link. Am I having problems because of the missing update or is it a more general problem?
